摘  要:以单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)为乳化剂、四烯丙基氯化铵(TAAC)为交联剂,通过反相乳液聚合制备了一种耐高温P(AM-AANa)聚合物微球。聚合物微球较优的合成条件是,交联剂和引发剂占单体的质量分数分别为0.8%和0.1%,mAM:mAA=0.5,m白油:mGM=5,m水相:m油相=2,在该条件下合成的微球吸水倍率为68.4 g/g,粒径为原来的29倍。傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线能量色散谱、扫描电镜和激光粒度仪分析结果表明,聚合物微球具有较好的球形度,聚合物微球在180℃时,分别在蒸馏水及在现场水中吸水10 d之后仍保持较好的球形,说明微球具有优良的耐高温稳定性。High temperature resistant P(AM-AANa)microspheres were synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization using monoglyceride(GMS)as emulsifier and tetraallylammonium chloride(TAAC)as crosslinking agent.The optimal polymerization conditions are the mass fraction of the crosslinking agent and initiator is 0.8%and 0.1%of the monomer,respectively,mAM:mAA=0.5,mwhite oil:mGMS=5,maqueous phase:moil phase=2.The water absorption of the synthesized microspheres is 68.4 g/g,and the particle size becomes 29 times that of the original.The structure and properties were characterized with FT-IR,EDS,SEM and laser particle sizer.The results show that the polymer microspheres have good spherical degree and the polymer microspheres have good temperature resistance,such as good spherical shape after absorbing water for 10 d in distilled water and field water,respectively.
