摘 要:为制备基于可再生资源的环保型水性木器涂料,以苯乙烯(ST)接枝改性天然橡胶乳液(NR),研究其作为木器涂料的性能。结果表明,涂料的pH值变化不明显;黏度随苯乙烯用量增加而上升,反应温度对涂料黏度影响较小。苯乙烯用量增加,涂膜干燥时间缩短、附着力增强、硬度上升;反应温度提高,涂膜干燥时间变化不明显,但附着力和硬度提高。苯乙烯添加量15%、反应温度90℃时,乳液pH=9.8、黏度310 mPa·s,涂膜干燥时间10 min,附着力2级,硬度3B,接枝率7.1%。傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表明,苯乙烯和天然橡胶乳液发生了接枝共聚,水接触角提高到58.16°,涂膜断裂面更加坚实致密。苯乙烯可在天然橡胶分子结构上形成接枝,可增强乳液成膜后的附着力、硬度等物理力学性能,对乳液外观、黏度等基本性能影响较小,具有替代传统石油基水性木器涂料的潜力。To prepare eco-friendly waterborne wood coatings based on renewable material,the properties of wood coating derived from styrene grafted natural rubber latex were investigated.The results show that the pH value of the coatings does not change significantly.The viscosity is increased with the increase of the amount of styrene,and the reaction temperature has little effect on the viscosity of the coatings.When the amount of styrene increases,the drying time of the coating film is shortened,the adhesion is enhanced,and the hardness is increased.When the reaction temperature is increased,the drying time of the coating film does not change significantly,but the adhesion and hardness are improved.When the amount of styrene added is 15%and the reaction temperature is 90℃,the pH of the coating is 9.8,the viscosity is 310 mPa·s,the drying time of the coating film is 10 min,the adhesion reaches grade 2,and the hardness is 3B,the grafting rate is 7.1%.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy show that the graft copolymerization of styrene and natural rubber emulsion occurs,the water contact angle increases to 58.16°,and the fracture surface of the coating film is more solid and dense.Styrene can graft in the molecular structure of natural rubber,and has little effect on the properties such as appearance and viscosity of emulsion.It can enhance the physical and mechanical properties such as adhesion and hardness after the coating is formed into film,and has the potential to replace the traditional petroleum-based waterborne wood coatings.
