摘 要:外国教育史学科体系、学术体系和话语体系建设是外国教育史学科发展的要求,需要在把握学科发展特点的基础上建设外国教育史学科体系,即关注外国教育史教材体系建设,形成和发展外国教育史分支学科,发挥大学系科作为外国教育史知识生产的重要力量,处理好古代外国教育史与近现代外国教育史的关系、处理好教育制度史与教育思想史的关系。我们要在守正创新的基础上建设外国教育史学术体系,重视外国教育史元研究;优化研究队伍建设,统筹学术人才;处理好继承外国教育史研究传统以及创新研究范式之间的关系;建立外国教育史学科发展与问题研究的互动机制。我国外国教育史话语体系建设要突出民族特色,紧跟时代潮流,关注教育实际;立足本土资源,建设中国特色外国教育史学科;构建多种形式的外国教育史话语传播途径。It is the requirement of the development of the discipline of foreign education history to construct its discipline system,academic system and discourse system.It is necessary to build its discipline system on the basis of its discipline development characteristics,that is,to pay attention to the construction of its textbook system,develop its subdisciplines,unleash the strength of university departments in the knowledge production of foreign education history,and properly deal with the relationship between ancient foreign education history and modern and contemporary foreign education history.We should build an academic system of foreign education history on the basis of inheritance and innovation,and attach importance to the meta⁃study of foreign education history;optimize the research team and make overall planning for academic human resources;properly deal with the relationship between inheriting the research tradition of foreign education history and innovating the research paradigm;and establish an interactive mechanism between the development of the discipline of foreign education history and the study of problems.We should highlight Chinese national characteristics in the construction of the discourse system of foreign education history,keep up with the trend of the times and pay attention to education reality;build a foreign education history discipline with China characteristics based on local resources;and construct various forms of discourse communication channels for foreign education history.
