激光蚀刻牙体组织在直接粘接技术中的应用研究现状

摘  要:随着社会经济的发展及大众审美意识的增强,现代口腔“微创”治疗理念得以大力推广,与此相关的牙体粘接技术也随之有了长足的进步。在牙体粘接修复中,相较于传统的酸蚀修复方式,前者优势更为明显,主要体现在并不接触与污染到创面,其精确度可达到微米线度等,激光蚀刻牙体组织而成的粘接面以其独特的临床优势已逐渐替代传统酸蚀技术,但关于两种粘接技术在临床的应用效果及价值,目前还存在一定争议。本研究就激光蚀刻牙体组织在直接粘接技术中的研究现状、不同激光在不同参数时蚀刻牙体组织后的粘接效果等问题进行了相关综述,旨在为临床应用提供一定参考。With the development of social economy and the enhancement of public aesthetic awareness,the concept of modern dental“minimally invasive”treatment has been vigorously promoted,and the related dental bonding technology has also made great progress.In dental bonding restorations,the former is more advantageous than the traditional acid-etching restoration method.The main features are that it does not touch and contaminate the wound,and its accuracy can reach micron degree.Laser etched tooth tissue bonding surfaces have gradually replaced traditional acid etching techniques with their unique clinical advantages,but there is still some controversy regarding the clinical effectiveness and value of the two bonding techniques.The study provides a review of the current status of research on laser etching of dental tissues in direct bonding techniques and the bonding effect of different lasers after etching of dental tissues at different parameters,with the aim of providing some reference for clinical application.
