摘  要:经济文化全球化与本土化是微空间生产与建构的重要驱动力。文章以空间作为切口,基于建筑微空间尺度,通过空间句法等分析方法,对民宿社会文化逻辑进行解析:(1)民宿微空间的构建可从功能空间、垂直空间、文化空间、日常空间进行多维解构;(2)全局整合度呈现休闲空间>连接空间>居住空间>公共洗漱空间的特征;民宿下层为堂屋式地方型空间,地方性空间较强,上层为过道式酒店型空间,地方性空间较弱;(3)文化空间采取“蒙太奇”式的设计特征,即地方性空间与现代文化消费空间的拼接、嵌套;(4)日常空间生产包括经营服务与休闲活动。研究对于深化民宿理论研究、丰富文化地理学具有重要意义,对于理解民宿的建构逻辑与消费社会文化具有一定参考价值。Economic and cultural globalization and localization are important driving forces for the production and construction of micro space.With space as the incision,this paper analyzes the form,function and socio-cultural logic of homestay based on the scale of architectural micro space and through analysis methods such as space syntax.(1)The construction of homestay micro space can be deconstructed from functional space,vertical space,cultural space and daily space in multiple dimensions.(2)The global integration degree presents the characteristics of leisure space>connecting space>living space>public washing space;The lower part of homestay is the hall type local space with strong local space,while the upper part is the aisle type hotel space with weak local space.(3)Cultural space adopts the design characteristics of“montage”,namely the stitching and nesting of local space and modern culturalconsumption space.(4)Daily space production includes business services and leisure activities.This study is of great significance for deepening the study of homestay theory and enriching cultural geography,and has certain reference value for understanding the construction logic of homestay and the social culture of consumption.
