益气清热解毒化瘀汤对溃疡性结肠炎的影响

摘　　要：目的研究龙血竭胶囊联合益气清热解毒化瘀汤运用于溃疡性结肠炎中的价值。方法选择我院脾胃病科2020年12月-2022年7月纳入的70例溃疡性结肠炎患者,按随机数字表法分成2组,各35例,研究组接受龙血竭联合益气清热解毒化瘀汤,对照组接受美沙拉嗪,对2组用药后一个月的总有效率进行评价,分别在用药前、用药后1个月进行凝血功能[D-二聚体、FIB(纤维蛋白原)、Plt(血小板)]、炎性因子[IL-6(白介素-6)、hs-CRP(超敏C反应蛋白)、TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子)]、症状积分、肠镜检查积分调查,比较2组用药结果。结果研究组总有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.05)。用药前2组的凝血功能指标无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后研究组D-二聚体、FIB、Plt均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。用药前2组的炎性因子、症状积分、肠镜检查积分无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后研究组各项均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论龙血竭胶囊联合益气清热解毒化瘀汤的效果更为突出,可促进凝血功能恢复,消除炎性反应,快速减轻相关症状,改善肠镜检查结果,值得推广。Objective To study the values of Longxuejie Capsule combined with Yiqi Qingre Jiedu Huayu decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 70 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted in the Department of Spleen and Stomach Disease in Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The study group received Longxuejie Capsule combined with Yiqi Qingre Jiedu Huayu decoction,and the control group received Mesalazine.After one month of medication,the total effective rate of the two groups was evaluated.Before taking the medicine and after one month of medication,coagulation function[D-dimer,fibrinogen(FIB),platelet(Plt)],inflammatory factors[interleukin 6(IL-6),highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],clinical symptom scores,and enteroscopy assessment scores were investigated,and the results of two groups of medication were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group(91.43%)was higher than that in the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in coagulation function indicators between the two groups before medication(P>0.05).After medication,D-dimer,FIB and Plt levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There were no statistically significant differences in inflammatory factors,clinical symptom scores,and enteroscopy scores between the two groups before medication(P>0.05).After medication,all indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Longxuejie Capsule and Yiqi Qingre Jiedu Huayu decoction can better promote the recovery of coagulation function,eliminate inflammatory reactions,quickly alleviate related symptoms,and improve the results of enteroscopy.It is worthy of promotion.
