国际直接投资发展阶段研究——以云南省为例

摘　　要：云南省地处西南边陲,是我国面向东亚和东南亚开放经济的重要枢纽。在此背景下,本文依托IDP理论定位了云南国际直接投资阶段,发现云南省处于国际直接投资的第二阶段末期,略滞后于本省经济的发展,并落后于中国国际直接投资阶段。本文结合OLI理论从国家政策、知识技术水平、人口素质、政府的资源配置能力、国有化程度、基础设施建设水平等角度分析云南省国际直接投资特点及原因,并就其发展做出展望,得出云南省国际直接投资会顺利进入第三阶段,与中国国际直接投资阶段靠拢的结论。最后,本文根据云南省国际投资现状对其提出有效建议,期望云南省国际直接投资实现更强更快发展。Yunnan Province is located at the southwestern border and is an important hub for China’s economy towards East and Southeast Asia.Against this background,this paper locates the stages of international direct investment in Yunnan by relying on the IDP theory and fi nds that Yunnan Province is at the end of the second stage of international direct investment,slightly lagging behind the development of the province’s economy and lagging behind the stage of international direct investment in China.This paper analyses the characteristics and causes of international direct investment in Yunnan Province from the perspectives of national policies,knowledge and technological levels,population quality,the government’s resource allocation ability,nationalization level and infrastructure construction level,etc.,with the OLI theory,and makes an outlook on its development,concluding that Yunnan’s international direct investment will successfully enter the third stage and go towards China’s international direct investment.Finally,this paper makes effective suggestions for Yunnan’s international investment based on its current situation,so that Yunnan’s international direct investment will achieve stronger and faster development.
