摘　　要：比较分析了美国、加拿大和中国的健康医疗数据的隐私保护与数据安全管理现状,提出我国可借鉴美国和加拿大的先进立法和数据保护策略,为我国的健康医疗数据量身定制规则体系以及符合我国国情的健康医疗数据隐私保护体系,为我国的医疗数据的健康发展助力。A comparative analysis of the privacy protection and data security management status of health care data in the United States,Canada and China was conducted.China can learn from the advanced legislation and data protection strategies of the United States and Canada,and customize the rule system and privacy protection system for China′s healthcare data suited to the specific conditions of China,so as to contribute to the healthy development of China′s healthcare data.
