摘　　要：运用技术手段动态跟踪美国、俄罗斯等主要国家在人工智能领域的研究进展,分析其在该领域的发展战略、组织机构、经费安排、技术发展,发现主要国家正在形成从战略指引、组织领导、经费支持到技术生成的发展链路;机器学习、机器博弈、计算机视觉、认知推理等核心技术的发展趋势表明,可解释、通用化、人机融合是未来人工智能发展的新目标。The research progress in the field of AI in major countries such as the United States and Russia was tracked dynamically and their strategies,organizations,funding,and technological progress in this field were analyzed.It’s found that major countries are forming a development chain from strategic guidance,organizational leadership,funding support to technology generation,and the development trends of core technologies such as machine learning,machine gaming,computer vision,and cognitive reasoning indicate that interpretability,generality,and human-machine integration are the new goals of future development of AI.
