摘 要:近年来,我国政府在一系列政策中高频提及整合学校、家庭、社区的体育资源以提升青少年体质健康水平。新时代背景下,关注学校、家庭、社区体育一体化发展,催发三者融合协同功效意义重大。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国中小学生课余锻炼中“家—校—社”协同育人所面临的问题进行剖析,结果表明:体育职能部门牵头不足,学校体育存在制度壁垒,社区体育服务质量低下,学生家长主体参与不够。为促进“家校社”协同育人失序之后的归正,在多元主体协同关系构建基础上,提出对策建议:制度协同:健全落实国家政策制度;盘活思路:完善多元主体协同机制;追本溯源:增强体育文化价值共识。In recent years,the Chinese government has frequently mentioned the integration of sports resources of schools,families and communities in a series of policies to improve the physical health level of teenagers.By using the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of“home-school community”cooperative education in Chinese primary and secondary school students’extracurricular exercise.The research shows that:the lack of leadership by the functional departments of physical education;There are institutional barriers in school physical education;The quality of community sports service is low;Parents’main body participation is not enough.In order to promote the correction after the“family,school and community”cooperative education disorder,on the basis of the construction of multi-subject cooperative relationship,it is suggest that institutional coordination:perfect implementation of national policies and institutions;Invigorating thoughts:improving the multi-subject coordination mechanism;Tracing to the source:Enhancing the consensus of sports cultural value.
