摘 要:目的:研究TRX悬吊训练对健美健身运动肩关节稳定性的影响,旨在为健美健身运动的科学训练提供参考。方法:选取20名健美健身专项的大学生作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和实验组,两组均进行常规训练,实验组进行为期8周的TRX悬吊训练干预。采用等速肌力测试、闭合动力链上肢稳定性测试及Y-Balance(UQ)测试对实验组和对照组分别进行实验前后的肩关节稳定性测试。结论:(1)实验组等速肌力肩关节右侧ER/IR具有明显改善效果。左侧ER/IR在T检验中不具备显著性,但其比值较前测有所提升,数据变化有趋于平衡的趋势,肩关节稳定性在增强。左侧测试结果不理想,可能与本次干预周期时间较短、部分受试者左侧肩关节功能异常、左侧神经—肌肉募集能力较低等因素有关。(2)TRX悬吊训练不仅可以改善肩关节稳定性,而且对于Y平衡上肢测试中还涉及的本体感觉、核心肌群稳定性、运动控制、肩关节和胸椎灵活性等运动能力也产生了积极作用。(3)TRX悬吊训练可以改善肩关节前后力量失衡状态,提升闭合动力链上肢稳定性,强化肩胛骨肌群辅助、适应盂肱关节运动的能力。Objective:To study the influence of TRX suspension training on the stability of shoulder joint in bodybuilding exercise,in order to provide some reference value for scientific training in bodybuilding exercise.Methods:Twenty college students specializing in bodybuilding and fitness were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Both groups underwent routine training,and the experimental group underwent TRX suspension training intervention for 8 weeks.The shoulder joint stability of the experimental group and the control group were tested before and after the experiment by the isokinetic muscle strength test,the stability test of the upper limb of the closed dynamic chain and Y-Balance(UQ)test.Conclusion:(1)In the experimental group,ER/IR of the right side of shoulder joint with isotachymuscular strength was significantly improved.The left ER/IR was not significant in the T test,but its ratio was improved compared with the previous test.The data changes tended to be balanced,and the shoulder joint stability was enhanced.The unsatisfactory results of the left side test may be related to the short duration of the intervention cycle,the abnormal function of the left shoulder joint in some subjects,and the low recruitment ability of the left nerve and muscle.(2)TRX suspension training can not only improve the stability of shoulder joint,but also have a positive effect on the proprioception,core muscle stability,motor control,shoulder joint and thoracic spine flexibility and other motor abilities involved in Y balance upper limb test.(3)TRX suspension training can improve the strength imbalance before and after the shoulder joint,improve the stability of the upper limb of the closed power chain,and strengthen the ability of scapula muscle group to assist and adapt to glenohumeral joint movement.
