摘 要:数据驱动本科教学质量监测是促进高校教学高质量发展的有效路径。随着技术赋能本科教育教学样态的持续变革,数据驱动本科教学质量监测面临教学评估数据审查与监管机制亟待完善、教学数据治理失范导致数据价值低效释放、数据监测方式单一制约教学评价工具功效、教学决策自主权与智能算法存在局部冲突等现实困境。数据驱动本科教学质量监测的路径选择应关注四个方面:完善数据质量标准,构建基于责权厘定的技术规范;注重数据伦理规约,构建向善型教学数据治理体系;聚焦数据价值释放,促进智慧型教学质量评价机制构建;关注智能评价转型,创设人机协同型教学决策服务体系。Data-driven undergraduate teaching quality monitoring is an effective way to promote the high-quality development of college teaching.With the continuous transformation of the teaching pattern of technology-enabled undergraduate education,data-driven undergraduate teaching quality monitoring is faced with the practical dilemmas such as the urgent need to improve the review and supervision mechanism of teaching evaluation data,the inefficient release of data value caused by the anomie of teaching data governance,the single data monitoring method that restricts the effectiveness of teaching evaluation tools,and the partial conflict between teaching decision-making autonomy and intelligent algorithms.As for the path selection of data-driven undergraduate teaching quality monitoring,we should focus on such four aspects as improving data quality standards to construct technical specifications based on the determination of responsibilities and rights,pay attention to the data ethics regulations to build a good teaching data governance system,take note of the release of data value to promote the construction of intelligent teaching quality evaluation mechanism,and attend to the transformation of intelligent evaluation to create a human-computer collaborative teaching decision-making service system.
