摘  要:在教育本位视角下,教育目的社会本位过度主张人的社会主体身份即社会语境下的他己能力,而教育目的个人本位形成与人存在的个人本位的等同化认知,使得教育目的社会本位与个人本位的矛盾根源需要重新考量。在教育主体视角下,通过对人的社会主体身份的解构,以及对单一人我主体发展范式的再思考,教育目的社会本位论中人的社会主体与教育目的个人本位论中的个体主体走向了人的多元主体教育的初步统一。在意义视角的阐释下,人的多元主体教育中社会主体与个体主体形成内在博弈、类主体即类语境下他我与个体主体之间存在线性关系,以及类主体具有对社会主体的超越性本质,进而教育从人的单一主体教育走向人的多元主体教育,从人的对立主体挟持发展走向人我与他己协同发展的理性定位。From the education-based perspective,the society-orientated educational aim excessively advocates the identity of social subjects,i.e.the ability of others in the social context,while the individual-oriented educational aim shares the same cognition as the individual-oriented human existence.The root reason of contradiction between the society-oriented educational aim and the individual-oriented educational aim needs to be reexamined.From the perspective of educational subjects,the social subjects in the society-oriented education and the personal subjects in the individual-oriented education are initially unified in the multi-subject education of individuals through the deconstruction of the social identity of individuals and a rethinking of the development paradigm of a singular self.Through the interpretation from the perspective of meaning,the internal game between social and personal subjects in multi-subject education is formed,and there exists the linear relationship between the self and the other in the quasi-subject context.Besides,the transcendent nature of the similar subject over the social subject is highlighted.Therefore,education should move from the education of singular self to the multi-subject education,and from the hostage development of contradictory subjects to the coordinated development of self and others in rational positioning.
