摘  要:该研究旨在探究硒元素对蚯蚓和蚓粪的影响,实现富硒蚯蚓低成本、高效益的规模化养殖和牛粪的资源化利用。在半发酵牛粪中添加不同比例亚硒酸钠(sodiumselenite,SS)与富硒酵母(selenium-enrichedyeast,SY)的混合硒(10mg·kg^(-1),SY∶SS=1∶1,2∶1,4∶1)进行蚯蚓养殖,对蚯蚓及其粪便的重金属含量和蚓体抗氧化酶活性进行测定。结果表明:(1)试验组蚯蚓Cu、Cr含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Cd含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),SS、混合Ⅰ与混合Ⅱ组As含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)蚯蚓SOD活性试验组均高于对照组,其中混合Ⅰ组、混合Ⅲ组最高(P<0.01);SY组、混合Ⅲ组GSH-Px活性最高,与其他各组差异极显著(P<0.01);SY组PHGPx活性最高,与其他各组差异极显著(P<0.01);混合Ⅰ组T-AOC、CAT活性最高,与其他各组差异极显著(P<0.01);各组蚯蚓TP含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)蚓粪中的Se含量混合Ⅰ组最高,各试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Cu含量混合Ⅰ组显著高于对照组,其余各组与对照组差异不显著;As含量SS组显著高于其他组(P<0.05);Cr含量混合Ⅲ组最高,SS组最低(P<0.05);蚓粪中Cd未检出。综合各项指标,建议SS与SY混合养殖富硒蚯蚓及生产富硒蚓粪的最适配比为1∶1。The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of selenium on earthworms and earthworm dung,so as to achieve low-cost and cost-effective large-scale breeding of selenium-enriched earthworm and resource utilization of cow dung.The mixed selenium(10 mg·kg-1)with different proportions of sodium selenite(SS)and seleniumenriched yeast(SY)(SY∶SS=1∶1,2∶1,4∶1)was added to semi fermented cow dung for earthworm culture.The heavy metal content and antioxidant enzyme activity of earthworm and its feces were determined.The results showed that:(1)The content of Cu and Cr in earthworms of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the content of Cd was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the content of As in SS,mixed I and mixedⅡgroups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The SOD activity of earthworm in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the mixed I group and mixedⅢgroup were the highest(P<0.01);The activity of GSH Px in SY group and mixedⅢgroup was the highest,which was significantly different from other groups(P<0.01);The activity of PHGPx in SY group was the highest,which was significantly different from other groups(P<0.01);The activity of T-AOC and CAT in mixed I group was the highest,which was significantly different from other groups(P<0.01);The TP content of earthworms in each group had no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)The content of Se in earthworm excrement in mixed group I was the highest,which was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);The content of Cu in mixed group I was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the other groups and the control group;As content in SS group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05);Cr content in mixed groupⅢwas the highest,while that in SS group was the lowest(P<0.05);Cd was not detected in earthworm feces.According to the comprehensive indexes,it
