文旅融合背景下高校旅游专业实践教学模式探索

摘　　要：文旅融合背景下,旅游业呈现新特征.旅游市场的新变化和新需求对旅游人才的素质提出了新挑战,要求旅游人才具备复合型能力,拥有深厚的文化底蕴,能体现人文精神,能创新商业模式.然而,当前高校的实践教学在教学目标、教学内容、教学合作模式、教学团队等方面存在不足.现基于文旅融合的产业背景,提出“一个目标、两个体系、三种育人模式、四种保障”的实践教学模式,在明确实践教学目标、建设实践课程体系、推进实践育人模式以及确立实践教学保障制度等方面进行创新性探索.Under the background of the integration of cultural and tourism industries.some new characteristics in tourisml talents which are interdisciplinary capacities a rich knowledge base of traditional culture,the spirit of humanism and the abilityl industries are presented.The new changes and new needs of tourism markets ask for higher demands in the quality of tourism of innovating business model.However,there are some problems in the practice teaching mode of current universities,such asl unclear Practice teaching objective,old-fashioned Practice teaching content.ineffective Practice teaching cooperate mode as well as unqualified practice teaching team.Now the teacher proposes a innovated practice teaching mode of one objective,two sys-l tems,three cultivating modes,four guarantees,which are specifying the practice teaching objective,formulating the Practicel curriculum systens proposing practice cultivating modes as well as establishing the practice teaching security systems.
