摘  要:饲料加工工艺与设备是动物科学专业(畜牧兽医方向)的重要课程之一,课程内容既包含动物科学专业的相关知识,又囊括了机电工程专业机器设备构造等方面的知识,对于没有相关知识背景的动物科学专业的本科生来说接受的难度较大。本文针对饲料加工工艺与设备课程的特点,从课程基本情况、教学内容、教学方法、考核方式和教学效果评价5个方面进行教学实践与探讨。结果表明,现行的教学模式和手段能够极大地提高学生的学习兴趣,提升了知识的掌握程度,在师生全方位有效互动下教学质量得以改善。Feed processing technology and equipment is one of the important courses for animal science majors(animal husbandry and veterinary direction).The course content contains both the relevant knowledge of animal science majors and the construction of machinery and equipment of electromechanical engineering majors,which is more difficult for undergraduates of animal science majors without relevant knowledge background.Therefore,this paper focuses on the characteristics of feed processing technology and equipment course,and carries out teaching practice and discussion from five aspects:the basic situation of the course,teaching content,teaching methods,assessment methods and the evaluation of teaching effectiveness.The results show that the current teaching models and methods can greatly enhance students interests in learning,improve their knowledge and enhance the quality of teaching through effective interaction between teachers and students in all aspects.
