局部针刺法为主联合患侧面肌功能性电刺激治疗风寒袭络型周围性面瘫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用局部针刺法为主联合患侧面肌功能性电刺激对风寒袭络型周围性面瘫病的临床康复疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的65例周围性面瘫患者随机分为对照组33例、观察组32例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组行局部针刺法为主联合患侧面肌功能性电刺激治疗,采用面神经功能分级(H-B)、面部残疾指数量表(FDI)评分、中医症状积分评分及临床疗效作为观察指标。结果2组患者在疗程结束后比较,2组H-B评分分级均显著改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组的FDIP评分均优治疗前(P<0.05),FDIS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);中医症状积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用熊芳丽教授局部针刺为主联合患侧面肌功能性电刺激治疗,可明显加速康复周围性面瘫患者症状、面部表情肌功能恢复,较常规针刺治疗疗效优越。Objective:To observe the clinical rehabilitation effect of local acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation of side facial affected muscle in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis(PFP)patients with wind-cold collateral attack.Methods:65 PFP patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received local acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation of facial muscle on the affected side.Facial nerve function scale(H-B),Facial Disability Index Scale(FDI)score,TCM symptom score and clinical effect were used as observation indexes.Results:After treatment,the H-B score of the two groups was significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The FDIP scores of the two groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the FDIS scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).TCM symptom scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Professor Xiong Fangli's local acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation of facial muscle on the affected side can significantly accelerate the recovery of symptoms and facial expression muscle function in PFP patients,and the curative effect is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment.
