摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)及紫外分光光度法(UV)对贵州省不同产地的紫果百香果主要功能成分含量进行测定,利用体外法研究不同产地的紫果百香果对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、羟基自由基和2,2’-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸(ABTS)自由基的清除能力,以期为了解不同产地紫果百香果的功能品质、百香果大健康产品的开发、产业化应用提供参考。结果表明:贵州省各产地的紫果百香果维生素C、总黄酮、总多酚、总多糖、总花青苷含量分别为932.70~2 465.52、265.38~829.62、589.33~810.73、34 844.77~96 138.98、1.00~9.32 mg/kg;不同产地紫果百香果的主要功能成分含量差异显著,维生素C、总多糖含量均较高;受产地气候、年平均气温、平均年降水量、平均年日照时数的影响,黔东南地区(从江县、榕江县)的紫果百香果总多糖、总花青苷含量比黔南地区和黔西南地区高;各产地的紫果百香果抗氧化能力均较高,其中对羟基自由基的清除能力最强,在99%以上,不同产地的紫果百香果抗氧化性能差异不显著;相关性分析得出,紫果百香果的DPPH自由基清除能力与总多酚含量的相关性较大。The contents of main functional components of purple passion fruit(Passiflora edulis f.edulis)from different habitats in Guizhou Province were determined by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry,and the scavenging effects on DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical and ABTS free radical were studied in vitro.This study could provide reference for understanding the functional quality of purple passion fruit from different habitats,and for the development and industrial application of passion fruit health products.The results showed that the contents of main functional components including vitamin C,total flavonoids,total polyphenols,total polysaccharides,and total anthocyanins in passion fruit from different habitats in Guizhou Province were 932.70~2465.52,265.38~829.62,589.33~810.73,34844.77~96138.98,1.00~9.32 mg/kg,respectively.The contents of main functional components of different passion fruit samples showed significant differences,and the contents of vitamin C and total polysaccharides were higher.Affected by regional climate,annual average temperature,average annual precipitation,and average annual sunshine hours,the contents of total polysaccharides and total anthocyanins in purple passion fruit in southeastern Guizhou(Congjiang County and Rongjiang County)were higher than those in southern and southwestern Guizhou.The antioxidant activity of purple passion fruit from different habitats was all high.Among them,the scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radical was the strongest,more than 99%.There was no significant difference in antioxidant activity of purple passion fruit from different habitats.The correlation analysis showed that the DPPH free radical scavenging ability of purple passion fruit was closely related to the total polyphenols content.
