摘  要:目的对于运动过程中唾液中SIgA的经时变化进行探讨,旨在揭示运动过程中上呼吸道局部免疫功能的变化。方法以10名健康大学生为研究对象,首先采用多阶段运动负荷试验确定好相当于60%VO 2max的心率,相隔1天后以60%VO 2max相等的运动强度进行60分钟的定量运动。在确认心率的同时调整运动负荷量以使其与60%VO 2max强度相等。唾液采集的时间是运动之前,运动开始后15分钟、30分钟、45分钟、60分钟,运动结束后15分钟、30分钟、45分钟、60分钟。结果唾液分泌量与运动前相比,在运动中15分钟、30分钟、45分钟、60分钟显示出显著的减少(P<0.05),运动后15分钟以后与运动前相比没有显著差异。唾液中SIgA浓度在运动中及运动结束后,与运动前相比没有发现明显的变化。唾液中SIgA分泌量与运动前相比,在运动中15分钟、30分钟、45分钟、60分钟时显著减少(P<0.05),运动后15分钟以后与运动前相比没有发现显著差异。结论在中等强度运动中唾液中SIgA浓度没有变化,是由于唾液分泌量的降低引起唾液中SIgA分泌量的降低。Objective To investigate the changes of SIgA in saliva during exercise in order to reveal the changes of local immune function of upper respiratory tract during exercise.Methods 10 healthy college students were selected as subjects.The heart rate equivalent to 60%VO 2max was determined by multi-stage exercise load test.Then the quantitative exercise was performed for 60 minutes with the same exercise intensity as 60%VO 2max after an interval of one day.Adjust the exercise load to equal the 60%VO 2max strength while confirming the heart rate.The time for saliva collection is before exercise,15minutes,30minutes,45minutes,60minutes after the start of exercise,and 15minutes,30minutes,45minutes,60minutes after the end of exercise.Results Compared with that before exercise,saliva secretion decreased significantly at 15minutes,30minutes,45minutes,60minutes during exercise(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentration of SIgA in saliva after 15 minutes of exercise as compared with that before exercise.The secretion of SIgA in saliva decreased significantly at 15minutes,30minutes,45minutes,60minutes of exercise compared with that before exercise(P<0.05).No significant difference was found after 15 minutes of exercise compared with before exercise.Conclusion When the concentration of SIgA in saliva does not change during moderate intensity exercise,it is clear that the decrease of SIgA secretion in saliva is caused by the decrease of saliva secretion.
