摘 要:VMA是沥青混合料重要的设计参数,对混合料的高温和抗裂性能均有重要影响,对其进行精准预估是道路行业的关键问题之一。对数种VMA预估模型的精准性进行了评估。首先介绍了当前所用的4种VMA预估模型(Hudson模型、沈士蕙模型、Inoue模型和Yu模型)。其次,基于已公开发表刊物上的5位其他研究者的沥青混合料数据(共计126组),采用不同模型对所选取的沥青混合料进行了VMA预估。最后,从精确度和准确度两个方面,对不同模型的预估结果进行了对比分析,并从VMA影响因素的完备性、预估方法的理论性等方面,分析了不同模型预估结果差异性的原因。结果表明:(1)所有预估模型对不同来源数据的预估精准度均表现出非一致性。所有模型对刘红瑛数据的预估效果均较好,而对Foreman数据的预估效果则均较差,说明当前所有模型对影响VMA大小的因素(如油石比、压实功等)还未能充分考虑;(2)Yu模型是基于颗粒堆积理论推导得到的,理论基础较强,对大部分所选数据预估结果的精确度和准确度均较好,而Hudson模型的预估精准度是最差的,沈士蕙模型和Inoue模型预估的精准度介于二者之间。建议通过纳入油石比、压实功等其他VMA影响因素、优化颗粒形状指标等手段,进一步提升VMA模型的预估精准度,使其更好地指导沥青混合料设计。VMA,affecting both the high-temperature performance and cracking resistance of asphalt mixtures,is an important parameter in the design of asphalt mixtures.To predict VMA accurately is one of the key problems in pavement engineering.The accuracies of several VMA prediction models are evaluated.First,4 currently used VMA prediction models(Hudson Model,Shen Model,Inoue Model and Yu Model)are introduced.Then,based on the published asphalt mixture data(totally 126 groups)of 5 other researchers,the VMA of the selected asphalt mixture is estimated by using different models.At last,these prediction results are comparatively analyzed in terms of accuracy and accuracy,and the reasons for the difference in these prediction results are analyzed from the aspects of the completeness of influencing factors of VMA and the theoretical nature of prediction method.The result shows that(1)All the prediction models show nonconsistent prediction accuracy for the data from different sources.All models have better prediction for Liu Hong-ying’s data,while all the prediction models have poor prediction for Foreman’s data,indicating that all current models have not fully considered the factors affecting VMA amplitude(e.g.,asphalt-aggregate ratio,compaction work,etc).(2)Yu Model is derived based on particle accumulation theory and has a strong theoretical basis.It has good precision and accuracy for most of the selected data prediction results,while Hudson Model has the worst prediction accuracy,and the accuracies of Shen Model and Inoue Model are between the two.It is suggested to further improve the prediction accuracy of the VMA Model by including other VMA influencing factors such as asphalt-aggregate ratio,compaction work,and optimizing particle shape indicators,so as to better guide the design of asphalt mixture.It can be further improved by incorporating other VMA factors,such as asphalt content and compaction effort,and optimizing the particle shape indicators to guide the design of asphalt mixtures.
