摘　　要：本文从教学素材的视角探讨《卫生法学》的课程思政问题。卫生法所蕴含的医学人文精神与社会主义核心价值观有许多的相关点,具有课程思政改革的天然优势。教学素材是卫生法学课程思政元素的表达载体,贯穿了教学全过程,是卫生法课程思政的教学设计中不容忽视的因素。卫生法学课程思政素材形式要力求多样化,内容要注重时代性、可读性、真实性和代表性的统一。本文以《突发公共卫生事件应急法律制度》为例,阐明了《卫生法学》课程思政点的发掘及相应的素材选择。教学实践表明,大多数学生对于卫生法学课程思政素材的选择是满意的。The curriculum ideological and political teaching of Health Law was explored from the perspective of teaching ma-terials.The humanistic spirit of medicine contained in Health Law has many points related to the core values of socialism,so it has the natural advantage of curriculum ideological and political reform.Teaching materials are the expression carrier of ideological ele-ments of Health Law courses,and the necessary element in the teaching design in the whole process of teaching,which needs diver-sified forms and contents united in times,readability,authenticity and representativeness.Taking"Emergency Legal System for Public Health Emergencies"as an example,the exploration of ideological and political points and the corresponding material selec-tion were clarified.And the teaching practice showed that most students were satisfied with the choice of ideological materials for Health Law courses.
