康复新液联合奥美拉唑对HP阴性胃溃疡的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)阴性胃溃疡患者的疗效。方法 选取HP阴性胃溃疡患者108例,随机均分为对照组和联合组。对照组接受奥美拉唑针剂治疗,联合组接受康复新液联合奥美拉唑针剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、细胞炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果 联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后PGⅠ、PGⅡ、HMGB1、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α及C反应蛋白均有降低,且联合组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 康复新液联合奥美拉唑针剂可提高HP阴性胃溃疡患者的临床疗效,值得临床应用推广。Aim To analyze the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP)negative gastric ulcer patients.Methods 108 HP negative gastric ulcer patients were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a combination group.The control group received omeprazole injection treatment,while the combination group received Kangfuxin solution combined with omeprazole injection treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum pepsinogen(PG),high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),levels of cytokines,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,PG I,PG II,HMGB1,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-2,C-reactive protein were detected in both groups after treatment-α,and the combined group showed a more significant decrease compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole injection can improve the clinical efficacy of HP negative gastric ulcer patients,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
