智慧医疗研究现状与热点分析——基于中国知网数据库的CiteSpace可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量研究,对近年来中国智慧医疗研究领域的现状和热点问题进行分析,以期为本领域研究人员了解智慧医疗研究的整体情况及后续研究提供思路与方法参考。方法以智慧医疗为主题词,对中国知网数据库中2008—2022年发表的文献进行检索并筛选,将纳入的文献题录用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件进行可视化分析。结果共纳入426篇文献,年文献数量呈稳定上升后有所下降的趋势;研究机构主要是高校的相关卫生医疗管理学院或研究机构、医院等;“人工智能”“互联网+”“医疗健康”为三大研究热点。结论我国智慧医疗的研究热点有三个方面,下一步应结合技术发展和人民群众就医需求拓宽研究视野,使用更多量化的研究方法,增强研究的科学性和社会应用效益。Objective Analyze the present situation and hot topics of China’s intelligence medical care research field in recent years by Bibliometric methods,so as to provide research ideas and reference methods for researchers in this field to comprehend the overall situation and subsequent trend.Methods Use the CiteSpace software to conduct a visualization analysis on the keyword knowledge map of the CIKN journal articles from 2008 to 2022.Results A total of 426 journal articles were analyzed,the number of articles every year show a trend of steady rise and then descending.Research institutions are mainly health management department or subordinate research institutions of medical colleges and universities or hospitals.The top three research hot topics are Artificial Intelligence,internet+and medical health.Conclusion Our intelligence medical research focuses on three aspects,we should pay our attention to research how to combine technological progress with people’s medical needs in the future,using more quantitative research methods,to explore the operating mechanism of intelligence health care in medical institutions at all levels,and strengthen the scientific nature and social application benefits of research.
