摘  要:由于三级式无刷同步电机(wound rotor synchronous starter generator, WRSSG)在起动过程中固定的PID参数,使得大电流快速起动导致电机略有饱和可能导致电流环失控从而起动不成功的现象,提出一种基于强度系数自切换控制器,特点在于这种控制器会判断速度环的误差变化率,引入一个强度系数达到同时兼容PI控制和模糊控制的控制策略。实验结果表明,基于强度系数自切换控制器在起动阶段最大超调量为0.08%,比常规PI控制器、PI-模糊混合控制器分别减少了85%和64%,而在卸载阶段最大超调量为0.72%,比常规PI控制器、PI-模糊混合控制器分别减少了38%和18%。同时在性能测试实验中,其起动瞬间电流平稳没有出现尖峰现象,验证了基于强度系数自切换控制器抗干扰能力强,鲁棒性好的特点。Due to the fixed PID parameters in the starting process of the three-stage wound rotor synchronous starter generator(WRSSG),the high-current fast starting leads to a slight saturation of the motor,which may cause the current loop to be out of control and start unsuccessfully.A self-switching controller based on strength coefficient is proposed.The characteristic of this controller is that it will judge the error change rate of the speed loop,and introduce a control strategy that the strength coefficient is compatible with both PI control and fuzzy control.The experimental results show that the maximum overshoot of the self-switching controller based on the strength coefficient is 0.08%in the starting stage,which is 85%and 64%lower than that of the conventional PI controller and the PI-fuzzy hybrid controller respectively,while the maximum overshoot is 0.72%in the unloading stage,which is 38%and 18%lower than that of the conventional PI controller and the PI-fuzzy hybrid controller respectively.At the same time,in the performance test experiment,the current at the starting moment is stable without peak phenomenon,which verifies the strong antiinterference ability and good robustness of the self-switching controller based on strength coefficient.
