摘 要:针对新沂河海口滩地植被密布、闸上泓道复杂多分汊、口外含沙量大等特点,分析了江苏沿海建闸多分汊河口分流比变化特点及成因,表明南、北深泓分流比较设计值均偏大,中深泓反之,分流比偏离的主要原因是中深泓闸下泓道回淤严重加上芦苇“锚固”作用致使行洪断面面积锐减50%以上,严重限制了中深泓的行洪能力,加之闸上引河及中深泓底高程远高于南深泓和北深泓,导致中深泓汇流阻力大。建立了新沂河二维潮流泥沙数学模型,在水动力和泥沙回淤验证的基础上,预测了泥沙回淤过程,研究了分流比优化措施及闸下减淤效果,可为海口枢纽除险加固与运维提供参考。In view of the features of dense vegetation on the beach of the Xinyi River estuary,complex and multiple bifurcations upstream of the sluice and large sediment concentration outside the mouth,the characteristics and causes of the variation of the diversion ratio of the multi-branched river estuary built with sluice along the coast of Jiangsu Province are analyzed.The results show that the diversion ratios in the south and the north channel are larger than design values,and that in middle channel is on the contrary.The main reasons for the deviation of diversion ratio are the serious siltation and the effect of reed"anchoring"in the middle channel downstream of the tide-blocking sluice,and the bottom elevation of the middle channel upstream the sluice is much higher than that of the north and south intake channels.The former leads to a sharp reduction in flood section by more than 50%,which severely restricting the flood capacity correspondingly,the latter results in high confluence resistance to upstream middle channel.Furthermore,a two-dimensional tidal flow and sediment transport model is established to predict the sediment deposition process and to study the optimization of diversion ratio and the measures of sediment reduction downstream the sluice.Numerical results can provide reference and guidance for the reinforcement,operation and maintenance of Haikou Project.
