摘　　要：目的分析MRI表观扩散系数(ADC)值、相对表观扩散系数(rADC)值与宫颈癌细胞增殖活性之间的联系。方法选取宫颈癌患者61例,均在术前行MRI检查,检测宫颈癌细胞增殖活性[细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)、Ki-67],对比不同分化程度宫颈癌患者ADC值、rADC值、PCNA、Ki-67表达情况,以及PCNA、Ki-67不同表达程度患者ADC值、rADC值,分析ADC值、rADC值与PCNA、Ki-67的相关性。结果低分化者ADC值、rADC值明显低于中、高分化者,随着分化程度降低,PCNA、Ki-67表达升高(P<0.05);PCNA、Ki-67低表达者ADC值、rADC值明显高于高表达者(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析可知,ADC值、rADC值与PCNA、Ki-67均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论MRI ADC值、rADC值与宫颈癌细胞增殖活性蛋白PCNA、Ki-67呈负相关,可为临床评价肿瘤增殖程度提供新思路。Objective To analyze the relationship between the levels of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value and relative apparent diffusion coefficient(rADC)value in MRI and the proliferation activity of cervical cancer cells.Methods Sixty-one patients with cervical cancer were selected.All patients underwent MRI before surgery and to detect the proliferation activity of cervical cancer cells[proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),Ki-67].The ADC value,rADC value,PCNA and Ki-67 expression in the patients with different degree of differentiation were compared,and the ADC value and rADC value in patients with different expression degree of PCNA and Ki-67 were compared.The correlation between the ADC value,rADC value and PCNA and Ki-67 was analyzed.Results The ADC value and rADC value of patients with poor differentiation were significantly lower than those of patients with moderate and high differentiation.As the degree of differentiation decreased,the expression of PCNA and Ki-67 increased(P<0.05).The ADC and rADC values of patients with low PCNA and Ki-67 expression were significantly higher than those of patients with high expression(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that ADC value and rADC value were negatively correlated with PCNA and Ki-67(P<0.05).Conclusion The ADC value and rADC value in the MRI are negatively correlated with the proliferation activity protein PCNA and Ki-67 of cervical cancer cells,which can provide new ideas in clinical evaluation of tumor proliferation.
