摘  要:压气机叶片几何形状复杂,存在叶片加工精度要求较高、加工工艺流程繁琐等问题,此外传统压气机叶片加工车间也存在自动化水平和生产效率较低等问题。构建了压气机叶片零件柔性加工单元,设计和开发了一套生产管理系统。提高了压气机叶片的生产效率和加工车间现场管理效率,提升了企业信息化水平并增强了企业的市场竞争力。Compressor blade has complex geometric shape,high requirements for blade machining accuracy,cumbersome processing process and other problems.In addition,traditional compressor blade processing workshop also has low automation level and low production efficiency.The flexible processing unit of compressor blade parts is constructed,and a set of production management system suitable for the flexible processing unit of compressor blade is designed and developed.In order to improve the production efficiency of compressor blades and improve the efficiency of processing workshop on-site management,this method enhances the level of enterprise informatization and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
