带状经济视野下赤水河流域白酒经济带的历史演进与线性拓展

摘　　要：赤水河流域是一条集白酒生产、消费、流通等于一体的白酒经济带,其形成与发展是动态的历史演进与线性拓展过程。本文通过梳理赤水河流域白酒经济发展历史,认为赤水河流域白酒经济带的演进与拓展重点集中在明以前、明清时期、民国时期以及中华人民共和国成立以来四个历史阶段,与之对应,赤水河流域白酒经济带经历了萌芽、形成、发展与繁荣四个发展阶段。该经济带总体上呈现空间上线性延展、技艺上持续演进、香型上多元创新等显著特征。Chishui River Basin is a Baijiu economic belt integrating the production,consumption and circulation of Baijiu.Its formation and development is a dynamic historical evolution and linear extension process.In this paper,the development history of Baijiu economy along Chishui River Basin is analyzed.There were four important historical periods in the evolution and extension of the Baijiu economic belt,correspondingly,the Baijiu economic belt went through four development stages.In general,the Baijiu economic belt has the characteristics of spatially linear extension,continuous evolution of liquor-making crafts,and diversified flavor types.
