摘　　要：目的:调查炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)患者疲乏现状并分析其影响因素,探讨其与希望的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2021年6—11月选择南通大学附属医院消化内科162例IBD患者为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、多维疲劳量表和Herth希望量表进行调查。调查人员采用统一指导语进行一对一调查,采用统计软件对调查结果进行分析。结果:IBD患者疲乏均分为(44.38±14.67)分,希望得分为(37.14±3.57)分。教育程度、家庭人均月收入、医疗费用支付能力、疾病类型、有无肠造口、居住方式、疾病活动度、年龄、BMI、近两年内因病发作住院次数、CRP、希望和益生菌是IBD患者疲乏的影响因素,且希望和疲乏相关(P<0.05)。结论:IBD患者疲乏处于中等水平,希望水平较高。临床护士应当重视IBD患者疲乏的影响因素,通过有效干预,提升患者希望水平,减轻疲乏症状。Objective:To investigate the status of fatigue in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),analyze the influencing factors,and discuss the correlation with hope.Methods:Convenience sampling was applied.From June to November 2021,162 patients with inflammatory bowel disease in the Gastroenterology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University were selected as the research objects.The general information survey form,multidimensional fatigue inventory-20 scale,and Herth hope scale were used to launch the surveys.The investigators use a unified instruction to conduct a confidential survey and analyze the survey results by statistical software.Results:The average fatigue score of patients with IBD was(44.38±14.67).The average hope score is(37.14±3.57).Education level,per capita monthly household income,ability to pay for medical expenses,disease type,presence or absence of intestinal stoma,living style,disease activity,age,BMI,number of hospitalizations due to illness in the recent two years,CRP,hope,and probiotics were the influencing factors of fatigue in patients with IBD,and hope was highly related to fatigue(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fatigue of patients with IBD is at a medium level and the level of hope is high.The nurses should pay attention to the influencing factors of fatigue in patients with IBD,effective interventions can increase patients′hope and have a positive effect on reducing fatigue symptoms.
