摘  要:为保证生鲜农产品在配送过程中的新鲜度,提出生鲜农产品冷链物流配送中心选址-路径规划建模与求解方法,旨在降低综合成本与优化配送路径。根据生鲜农产品不易储存、易腐烂的特点,提出将“高铁+冷链物流”作为一种模式应用于生鲜农产品运输中,以高铁货运容量为市场需求量,构建总成本最低和路径最优的生鲜农产品冷链物流配送中心选址-路径规划模型,分别应用普通遗传算法和改进遗传算法对模型进行求解;最后,通过重庆市实例验证模型和改进算法的有效性。计算结果表明:改进后的遗传算法求解结果要比普通遗传算法求解结果的成本节约1204.29元·d-1,降低6个百分点,迭代次数减少近200次。In order to ensure the freshness of fresh agricultural products in the process of distribution,a method for modeling and solving the location and path planning of cold chain logistics distribution center for fresh agricultural products is proposed to reduce the comprehensive cost and optimize the distribution path.According to the characteristics of fresh agricultural products that are not easy to store and perish,it is proposed to apply“high-speed Railway+Cold chain logistics”as a model to the transportation of fresh agricultural products.Taking the freight capacity of high-speed railway as the market demand,the paper constructs the location-path planning model of cold chain logistics distribution center for fresh agricultural products with the lowest total cost and the best path,and applies the ordinary genetic algorithm and the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model respectively;finally,the effectiveness of the model and the improved algorithm is verified by an example in Chongqing.The calculation results show that the cost of the improved genetic algorithm is 1204.29 yuan/day lower than that of the ordinary genetic algorithm,6 percentage points lower,and the number of iterations is reduced by nearly 200 times.
