摘 要:基于浙江省未转设的14所独立学院共6210名学生的问卷调查情况,利用SPSS软件构建回归模型,以分析大学生在疫情和转设双重背景交织下的心理状况。结果发现,常态化疫情形势下,大学生心理现状在性别、年级、文理科专业、省内外生源等方面存在差异;在学生价值观形成、学生心理健康支撑体系完善、学校教师对学生的支持作用发挥等方面仍有待完善。为此,从进一步树立学生正确价值观、构建学生心理健康素养提升体系、充分发挥教师队伍作用、优化独立学院内部管理四方面入手,优化独立学院大学生心理健康管理。This article is based on a questionnaire survey of 6210 students from 14 independent colleges in Zhejiang Province that have not been converted to regular universities.This study constructs a regression model using SPSS to analyze the psychological conditions of college students in the context of the dual challenges of the epidemic and college conversion.The results show that there are differences in the psychological status of independent college students under the normalized epidemic situation in terms of gender,grade,major,and student source.There is still room for improvement in the formation of students' values,the improvement of students' mental health support system,and the role of school teachers in supporting students.This paper proposes optimization suggestions for the management of college students' mental health from four aspects:further establishing students' correct values,constructing a system for improving students' mental health literacy,leveraging the role of the teaching staff,and optimizing the internal management of Independent Colleges.
