摘 要:目的探讨3D打印解剖模型在住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)普通外科腹腔镜下胆囊切除术教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月在浙江省杭州第三人民医院进行住培普通外科轮转,且轮转周期≥2个月的全部40名住培学员为研究对象,采用简单随机法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组20名住培学员。试验组住培学员采用3D打印解剖模型教学方式,对照组住培学员采用传统教学方式。培训结束后,通过临床综合能力测试成绩和教学质量问卷调查结果,比较两组住培学员的培训效果。结果临床综合能力测试结果显示,试验组住培学员理论知识、临床手术操作技能考核评分均高于对照组住培学员,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,试验组住培学员有关激发主动学习兴趣、加深教学内容认知、提高临床思维能力、提升临床工作胜任力及对教师的满意度等评分均高于对照组住培学员,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在住培学员普通外科轮转中,采用3D打印解剖模型进行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术教学有助于提高教学效果。Objective To explore the effectiveness of 3D printing anatomical model in teaching laparoscopic cholecystectomy to general surgery residents.Methods The study included 40 resident trainees who rotated in the general surgery department of Hangzhou Third People’s Hospital in Zhejiang Province from January 2021 to December 2021,and the rotation period was≥2 months.Resident trainees were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 20 resident trainees in each group.The experimental group used 3D printing anatomical model teaching method,while the control group used traditional teaching method.After the training,the training effect of the two groups of resident trainees was compared through the results of clinical comprehensive ability test and teaching quality questionnaire.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical surgical operation skills assessment of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);Residents in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of stimulating active learning interest,deepening knowledge of teaching content,improving clinical thinking skills,enhancing clinical competency and satisfaction with teachers(all P<0.05).Conclusions The adoption of 3D printing anatomical model for teaching laparoscopic cholecystectomy to general surgery residents helps to improve teaching effectiveness.
