摘　　要：仁爱精神奠定了整个中国文化的精神气质、揭示了医学的本质特征,业已成为传承千年的行医信念,在新时代境遇下依然熠熠生辉。培育医学生的仁爱精神,不仅对其提升医德修养和滋养人文精神有着重要的启迪作用,而且能为筑牢健康中国建设和夯实人类卫生健康共同体贡献医者力量。抓紧课堂教学“主渠道”,抓住教师队伍“主力军”,抓牢校园文化育人“主场域”,抓稳社会实践“大课堂”,是医学生仁爱精神培育的有效路径。The spirit of benevolence has laid the spiritual temperament of the whole Chinese culture and revealed the essential characteristics of medicine.It has become a medical practice belief inherited for thousands of years,and is still shining in the new era.Cultivating the benevolent spirit of medical students not only plays an important role in improving their medical ethics and nourishing the humanistic spirit,but also can contribute to the construction of a healthy China and the construction of a human health community.It is an effective way to cultivate medical students to grasp the"main channel"of classroom teaching,the"main force"of teachers,the"home field"of campus culture and education,and the"big classroom"of social practice.
