摘 要:大学生厌学是因高强度压力造成的认知规律扭曲、缺乏正确引导造成的认知目标模糊和认知策略低效、受挫后造成的强烈的元认知负面体验以及外部环境造成的元认知监控失效所导致的。通过重视元认知训练、丰富元认知知识、强化元认知体验和加强元认知监控,可以激发大学生学习动力,从而达到改变大学生厌学现象的目的。本文从元认知理论角度出发,通过问卷调查和深入访谈进一步验证大学生厌学与元认知之间的关系。It is learned that undergraduates’weariness of studying is caused by the following four reasons.They are the cognitive distortions caused by high levels of stress,lacking of correct guidance resulting in fuzzy cognitive goals and cognitive strategy inefficiency,the strong negative experience of metacognition after being frustrated,and the failure of metacognitive monitoring caused by the external environment.By attaching importance to metacognitive training,enriching metacognitive knowledge,strengthening metacognitive experience and metacognitive monitoring,it can stimulate the learning motivation of undergraduates,and then change the phenomenon of undergraduates'study-weariness.Starting from metacognitive theory,combined with questionnaires and interviews,this article further validates the relationship between college students’weariness and metacognition.
