摘　　要：基于培养高层次应用型人才的研究生定位和目前研究生创新创业教育的实际情况,本文构建了研究生项目式创新创业教育新模式。以思政为引领,以科研项目为驱动,优化立德树人资源配置;以科研项目为驱动,建立基于真实问题的项目式团队学习模式;构建以“做”为中心的研究生课程体系,将现有的研究生课程体系分为四个课程群,分类建设;建设虚拟现实互动互通平台,丰富创新创业实战平台。引导学生树立正确的价值观,培养研究生及团队的创新创业能力,解决研究生创新创业教育与研究生专业融合的难题,解决学生创业与专业脱节、企业与人才培养脱节的问题,形成适应地方本科高校研究生的创新创业教育人才培养模式,推动研究生创新意识和创新能力的培养。This paper deals with a new mode on the basis of the post-graduate orientation of cultivating highlevel applied talents and the fact of post-graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education.Guided by ideological and political education and scientific research drive,we optimized the resources,built a project-style team learning model based on real problems,divided the existing post-graduate curriculum system into four curriculum groups.We also built a virtual reality interactive platform,realized a good interaction between moral education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and solved the problem of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with majors.The new mode of post-graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education helped to connect students entrepreneurship and majors,as well as enterprises and talenttraing,promoted the cultivation of post-graduate innovation awareness and innovation ability,by way of forming a talenttraing mode of a post-graduate innovation and entrepreneurship applicable to local post-graduate universities.
