摘  要:目的对比观察炫彩激光扫描眼底成像(MSLI)与相干光层析血管成像术(OCTA)在对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患眼黄斑区微动脉瘤(MAs)的检出情况。方法回顾性病例研究。临床检查确诊的DR患者32例(49只眼)纳入研究。采用Heidelberg HRA行荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)及炫彩眼底照相检查;采用Cirrus OCTA行黄斑区OCTA检查,扫描范围3 mm×3 mm。将MSLI、OCTA、FFA各自检出的MAs数进行比较分析。结果三种检测手段对MAs检出数结果比较分析差异有统计学意义:FFA[13(9,20)]>OCTA[9(7,14)]>MSLI[6(5,9)],(Wald=136.907,P<0.001)。结论OCTA与MSLI对黄斑区的MAs都能很好的进行检测,但OCTA的检出数明显高于MSLI。Objective To compare the multicolor scanning laser imaging(MSLI)and optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)in the detection of microaneurysms(MAs)in the macular area of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A retrospective study was performed.A total of 49 eyes of 32 patients with DR were included in this study.The Spectralis HRA was used for multicolor scanning laser imaging and fluorescein angiography.All eyes were imaged with 3 mm×3 mm fields centered at the fovea using the Carl Zeiss Cirrus 5000 spectral-domain OCTA.The number of MAs detected by MSLI,OCTA,fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)was compared.Results There was a significant difference between the MAs counts detected by the three methods:FFA[13(9,20)]OCTA[9(7,14)]MSLI[6(5,9)],(Wald=136.907,P<0.001).Conclusions The microaneurysms in the macular region can be detected well by the two noninvasive detection methods,but the number of MAs detected by OCTA was significantly higher than that detected by MSLI.
