摘 要:目的 比较PVMED-iCurve、AccuContour和DeepViewer 3种国产软件自动勾画头颈部肿瘤患者脑干结构的准确性。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年10月收治的20例头颈部肿瘤患者为研究对象,分别使用PVMED-iCurve、AccuContour以及DeepViewer3种软件自动勾画头颈部肿瘤患者脑干结构。以手动勾画作为参考标准,通过对比上述3种自动勾画的体积差异(△V%)、Hausdorff距离(Hausdorff Distance,HD)和Dice相似性系数(Dice Similarity Coefficient,DSC),评估3种软件自动勾画脑干结构的效果。结果 PVMED-iCurve、AccuContour和DeepViewer 3种软件自动勾画头颈部肿瘤患者脑干结构的ΔV%分别为6.01%±17.77%、-2.49%±9.33%以及-9.68%±11.17%;HD分别为(7.74±3.05)、(2.83±1.18)、(4.00±2.16)mm;DSC分别为0.81±0.05、0.89±0.05以及0.85±0.06。3种软件两两比较,DSC差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3种软件自动勾画头颈部肿瘤患者脑干结构,均能达到较好的勾画效果。3种软件比较,AccuContour在自动勾画脑干的体积、位置和形状方面最好。Objective To evaluate and compare the accuracy of three domestic softwares including PVMED-iCurve,AccuContour and DeepViewer on automatic delineation of the brain stem structure for patients with head and neck neoplasms.Methods A total of 20 patients with head and neck neoplasms were enrolled from January 2021 to October 2022.The brain stem structure of patients with head and neck neoplasms was automatically delineated by using PVMED-iCurve,AccuContour and DeepViewer respectively.Taking manual delineation as the reference standard,compared the results of volume difference(ΔV%),Hausdorff distance(HD),and Dice similarity coefficients(DSC)of the above three kinds of automatic delineation,the effect of the three kinds of software on automatic delineation of brain stem structure was evaluated.Results PVMED-iCurve,AccuContour and DeepViewer were used to automatically delineate the brain stem structure of patients with head and neck neoplasms,andΔV%were 6.01%±17.77%,-2.49%±9.33%and-9.68%±11.17%respectively.HD were(7.74±3.05),(2.83±1.18)and(4.00±2.16)mm respectively.DSC were 0.81±0.05,0.89±0.05 and 0.85±0.06 respectively.Pairwise comparison between the three software showed statistically significant differences in DSC(P<0.05).Conclusion The three kinds of software can automatically delineate the brain stem structure of patients with head and neck neoplasms,and all can achieve good sketching effect.Compared with the three kinds of software,AccuContour is best in volume,position and shape of automatically delineating the brain stem.
