摘  要:自动康复评定方法依靠各种传感器对脑卒中患者的运动功能进行自动评分或分级,在评定过程中尽量减少甚至无需医师参与,具有评定流程少、评定时间短、评定效率高的优点。本研究概述了自动康复评定的基本原理和一般流程,根据评定的不同角度将自动康复评定方法分为基于运动捕捉技术、神经生理信号和多信息融合3类,从评定原理、传感器、评价指标等多方面总结近年来的研究进展,并分析了自动康复评定方法目前存在的一些难点。The automatic rehabilitation evaluation methods rely on a variety of sensors to automatically score or grade the motor function in stroke patients,which minimizes or even does not require the participation of physicians in the evaluation process,and has the advantages of simple process,quick assessment and high efficiency.Herein the basic principle and the general process of automatic rehabilitation evaluation are reviewed.According to the dimensions of the evaluation,the automatic rehabilitation evaluation methods are divided into 3 categories which are based on motion capture technology,neurophysiological signals,and multi-information combination,respectively.The research advances in recent years are summarized from various aspects such as evaluation principles,sensors,evaluation indicators and others,and the difficulties existing in automatic rehabilitation evaluation are also analyzed.
