职教教师情绪劳动现状及其优化路径研究——以云南省国培项目教师为例

摘　　要：教育实践活动是一项情绪劳动,教师职业劳动中也理应包含情绪劳动的部分。理论研究表明,教师情绪劳动包含了情绪意识、情绪管理与情绪表达三个核心要素。同时,按照情绪劳动的实践类型可以划分为需要的、感受的和表现的三种情绪。但在现实中,三种情绪劳动之间并非一直协同融合,而是会出现矛盾、错位,进而诱发教师的各类情绪问题。文章通过对参加云南省国培项目的高、中职骨干职教教师为研究对象进行的教育实证调查研究发现:云南职教教师情绪伪装较为明显,情绪失调时有发生,情绪偏差有待改善。在此基础上提出客观、可行的建议对策:善用自然表达技巧,协调深层和浅层扮演;把握组织关怀时机,并用预防和补救措施;调整状态,兼顾参与和转移策略。The article conducted an educational empirical survey on the backbone vocational education teachers participating in the national training program in Yunnan Province.It was found that the emotional disguise of vocational education teachers in Yunnan is more obvious,and emotional disorders often occur.Emotional biases need to be improved.The suggested countermeasures based on this are:make good use of natural expression techniques,coordinate deep and shallow play;Seize the opportunity for organizational care and take preventive and remedial measures;Adjust the status and balance participation and transfer strategies.
