摘  要:花榈木(Ormosia henryi)是集材用、景观和药用为一体的珍贵树种,江西地区分布较多。本研究以花榈木各部位为研究对象,测定江西不同地区花榈木各部位的总黄酮含量,并分析其抗氧化作用(以DPPH自由基清除率和ABTS自由基清除率为指标)。结果表明,采用一次加热回流法提取花榈木总黄酮最佳;花榈木不同部位的总黄酮含量由高到低依次为叶>根>枝,本实验采集的叶样本总黄酮含量可达到(3.961±0.010)%,该样本表现出较强的抗氧化能力(DPPH自由基清除率和ABTS自由基清除率分别为(90.02±0.61)%和(98.93±0.25)%)。该研究可为花榈木总黄酮类非木质资源的开发利用提供依据。Ormosia henryi,a precious tree species,is widely distributed in Jiangxi Province.In this study,the contents of flavonoids from different parts of O.henryi in different regions of Jiangxi Province were determined,and the antioxidant activity(DPPH radical scavenging rate and ABTS radical scavenging rate)was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal extraction method of flavonoids from O.henryi was one-heating reflux.The contents of flavonoids in different parts of the plant were leaf,root and branch in descending order.The flavonoids content in the leaf samples collected in this study could reach(3.961±0.010)%,which showed strong antioxidant ability(DPPH radical scavenging rate and ABTS radical scavenging rate were(90.02±0.61)%and(98.93±0.25)%,respectively).This study can provide a basis for the development and utilization of flavonoids non-wood resources of O.henryi.
