教育对外开放背景下大学经费对国际化水平的影响效应研究

摘　　要：在对外开放的大背景下,大学国际化水平是大学能力和高等教育现代化水平的重要体现。基于我国教育部直属高校校际面板数据,双向固定效应模型结果表明:经费收入对大学国际化水平具有显著正向影响;其中,财政拨款、专项经费投入和事业收入等分别对国际论文发表、国际会议参会人数、来华留学生数均具有不同程度的影响。我国政府可以通过重大专项来支持大学国际化发展;还可鼓励大学多渠道筹措经费以提升经费规模。In the context of the opening of domestic education to the outside world,the internationalization level of a university is an important reflection of the university's ability and the level of modernization of higher education.Based on the inter-school panel data of colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education of our country,the results of the two-way fixed effect model shows that funding income has a significant positive impact on the internationalization level of universities;The number of conference participants and the number of international students in China have varying degrees of influence.The Chinese government can support the international development of universities through major special projects;it can also encourage universities to raise funds through multiple channels to increase the scale of funds.
