摘 要:对海外铁矿石重载运输需求进行了分析,结合国内铁路设计和建造技术,以及机车、车辆、轨道等设备制造水平,研究适用于40 t轴重重载铁路主要技术标准。从分析重载铁路发展趋势入手,以30 t轴重铁路为基础拓展,在拟定的运量水平下,分析不同轴重机车、车辆需求,不同轴重对轨道、路基、桥涵、隧道等构筑物的影响,得出大轴重和大编组,可实现单线替代双线、大幅节约投资的结论。从施工、运营效率和经济合理等角度考虑,解决了海外铁矿石重载运输主要技术标准确定的难题,提高了工程的技术经济效益。Analyze the demand for overseas heavy haul transportation of iron ore,combined with domestic railway design and construction technology,as well as the manufacturing level of locomotives,vehicles,tracks and other equipment,and study the main technical standards applicable to 40 ton axle load heavy haul railways.Starting from the analysis of the development trend of heavy-duty railways,based on the design experience of 30 t axle load railway,the demand for locomotives and vehicles under different axle loads is analyzed under the proposed traffic volume level,as well as the impact of different axle loads on structures such as tracks,roadbeds,bridges,culverts,tunnels,etc..A large axle load and large formation plan is proposed to achieve single line replacement of double line and significantly save investment.From the perspectives of construction,operational efficiency,and economic rationality,the problem of determining the main technical standards for overseas heavy haul transportation of iron ore has been solved,and the technical and economic benefits of the project have been improved.
