儿科护理对小儿患者安全态度和睡眠质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:儿科护理对小儿患者安全态度和睡眠质量的相关性分析。方法:选取2022年1月至12月济南市6所三甲医院儿科收治的254例就诊患儿的门诊护士作为研究对象,采用患者安全态度问卷(SAQ-C)及匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)展开调查分析。结果:儿科门诊护士对患儿的安全态度现状总得分为(106.23±12.97)分,儿科门诊护士的睡眠质量总得分为(19.31±1.23)分;经Pearson相关分析显示,儿科门诊护士对患儿的安全态度得分与PSQI得分呈显著正相关(r=-0.546,P<0.001);经单因素和多因素分析显示,儿科门诊护士的职称、经济收入、是否经常外出、睡眠质量与儿科护理培训、是否取得儿科护理专科培训资格证为儿科门诊护士对小儿患者安全态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:儿科门诊护士对患儿安全态度呈中等水平,尚需进一步提高。儿科门诊护士睡眠质量较差。儿科门诊护士对患儿的安全态度和睡眠质量为负相关。护理管理者应根据儿科门诊护士对患儿安全态度的影响因素制定干预对策,为提高儿科门诊护士的服务质量,保证患儿的生命健康提供指导。Objective:To analyze the correlation between pediatric nursing and safety attitude and sleep quality in pediatric patients.Methods:A total of 254 outpatient nurses of pediatric patients admitted to 6 first-class hospitals in Ji′nan City from January to December 2022 were selected as research objects.The patient Safety attitude questionnaire(SAQ-C)and Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)were used for investigation and analysis.Results:The total score of pediatric outpatient nurse′s safety attitude to children was(106.23±12.97)points,and the total score of pediatric outpatient nurse′s sleep quality was(19.31±1.23)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between PSQI score and safety attitude score of pediatric outpatient nurses(r=-0.546,P<0.001).The univariate and multivariate analysis showed that the professional title,economic income,frequent participation,sleep quality,pediatric nursing training,and the certificate of pediatric nursing specialized training were the influencing factors of pediatric outpatient nurse′s attitude towards pediatric patients safety(P<0.05).Conclusion:The attitude of pediatric outpatient nurses to patient safety is medium level,which needs to be further improved.The sleep quality of pediatric outpatient nurses was poor.The safety attitude of pediatric outpatient nurses was negatively correlated with sleep quality.Nursing managers should formulate intervention strategies according to the influencing factors of pediatric outpatient nurses′attitude towards patient safety,so as to provide guidance for improving the service quality of pediatric outpatient nurses and ensuring the life and health of children.
