摘  要:目的/意义制定与北京市院前医疗急救体系发展相适应的智慧急救平台顶层设计,为院前急救信息化建设提供参考。方法/过程调研组走访院前急救中心、分中心、急救站及院内急诊,通过访谈深入了解北京地区急救信息化现状及问题,分析用户需求,构建智慧院前医疗急救信息平台顶层设计。结果/结论顶层设计包括总体架构、数据架构和支撑平台,围绕调度指挥、医疗服务、应急保障、决策管理、公众服务等7大急救职能提出系统功能规划,为院前医疗急救体系建设高质量发展提供坚实的信息化支撑。Purpose/Significance To formulate the top-level design of smart first aid platform suitable for the development of pre-hospital medical emergency system in Beijing,so as to provide references for pre-hospital emergency information construction.Method/Process The research group visits the pre-hospital emergency center,sub center,emergency station and in-hospital emergency department.Through interviews,the research group deeply understands the current situation of emergency informatization in Beijing,analyzes user needs,and constructs the top-level design of intelligent pre-hospital medical emergency information platform.Result/Conclusion The top-level design includes the overall architecture,data architecture and support platform.The system function planning is proposed based on the seven major emergency functions,such as dispatching command,medical service,emergency support,decision-making management,public service,etc.,providing solid information support for the high-quality development of the pre-hospital medical emergency system.
