摘　　要：目的/意义解决基层医疗机构在医改过程中面临的人力、物力等问题,破解医改工作中医疗资源共享、优质医疗卫生资源下沉、分级诊疗等方面难题。方法/过程介绍互联网医院建设及其助力基层医疗服务能力提升的探索性做法,结合广东省第二人民医院实践,阐述基于信息化的省、县、镇、村互联网医疗服务一体化医疗联合体运行模式。结果/结论该模式有助于提高乡村基层医生的专业服务水平,实现智能医疗产品在基层采集数据、经网络传输、由上级医疗机构诊断新目标,做到“小病不出村、一般疾病不出镇、大病不出县、重大疑难疾病逐级转诊”,解决边远地区群众就医难、看病贵问题。Purpose/Significance To solve the problems of human and material resources faced by grassroots medical institutions in the process of medical reform,and to solve the problems in medical reform,such as sharing medical resources,sinking high-quality medical and health resources,and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Method/Process The paper introduces the construction of internet hospitals and the exploratory practice to help improve the capacity of primary medical services,and expounds the medical alliance operation mode of“provinces,counties,towns,and villages”internet medical service integration based on information technology,combining with the practice of the Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital.Result/Conclusion It is pointed out that this mode is conducive to improving the professional service level of rural doctors,achieving the new goals of intelligent medical products in primary data collection,network transmission and diagnosis by superior medical institution,realizing“slight illness never go out of the village,general diseases never go out of the town,serious illness never go out of the county,major and difficult diseases are referred level by level”,and solving the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment for people in remote areas.
