摘 要:粮堆水分和温度是影响粮食储存安全的关键因素,粮食水分的准确检测尤为重要。本研究通过对大豆仓及小麦仓的通风加湿及通风降水试验,然后利用移动阻力式粮堆水分在线监测系统对粮堆水分变化进行监测。结果表明,与传统谷物水分检测仪相比,实时在线监测系统提高了粮食水分检测的精度,且对粮堆储粮水分快速检测更加省力,能够随时通过移动端设备掌握粮堆内水分情况,为粮情检测与监测提供可靠的硬件基础。The moisture and temperature of grain pile are the key factors affecting the safety of grain storage,and the accurate detection of grain moisture is particularly important.In this paper,through the experiment of ventilation humidification and ventilation precipitation tests of soybean and wheat silos in the silos,the water change of grain pile is monitored by the moving resistance type online monitoring system of grain pile water.The results show that the real-time online monitoring system improves the accuracy of grain moisture detection than traditional grain moisture detectors in the bins,the rapid detection of grain moisture in the storage piles was more labor-saving,enabling the moisture situation in the piles to be grasped at any time via mobile devices,and providing a reliable hardware basis for grain condition detection and monitoring.
