摘　　要：目的探讨注射用鼠神经生长因子联合免疫球蛋白对难治性癫痫患者神经功能及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2022年12月我院收治的100例难治性癫痫患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规抗癫痫药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用鼠神经生长因子、免疫球蛋白治疗。比较两组的神经功能及免疫功能。结果治疗后,两组的NSE、IL-6水平降低,且观察组的NSE、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD3、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,CD8^(+)降低,且观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用鼠神经生长因子联合免疫球蛋白可改善难治性癫痫患者的神经功能,增强其免疫功能。Objective To explore the influence of mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with immunoglobulin on neural and immune function in patients with refractory epilepsy.Methods 100 cases of patients with refractory epilepsy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots.The control group was treated with routine antiepileptic drugs,and the observation group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with immunoglobulin on the basis of the control group.The neural and immune functions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NSE and IL-6 levels of the two groups decreased,and the NSE and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) of the two groups increased,and the CD8^(+) decreased(P<0.05);The CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8^(+) was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with immunoglobulin for patients with refractory epilepsy,can improve the neurological function,and enhance the immune function.
