急性闭角型青光眼患者患眼视网膜对比敏感度与视觉相关生活质量的关系

摘　　要：目的探究急性闭角型青光眼(AACG)患者患眼视网膜对比敏感度(CSF)与视觉相关生活质量的关系。方法将2019年3月至2021年3月本院眼科收治且确诊的41例(41眼)AACG患者为AACG组,同期确诊的41例(41眼)慢性闭角型青光眼(CACG)患者为CACG组,41例(41眼)体检无眼科疾病志愿者为正常组。比较三组研究对象不同空间频率下的视网膜CSF;比较CACG组和AACG组患者的视觉相关生活质量;分析AACG患者患眼视网膜CSF与视觉相关生活质量的相关性。结果12.0、18.0 c/d空间频率下,AACG组的视网膜CSF低于CACG组和正常组,CACG组的视网膜CSF低于正常组(P<0.01)。AACG组的焦虑、自我形象、情绪、日常生活、出行、治疗困难、自我掌控评分低于CACG组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,AACG患者患眼不同空间频率下的视网膜CSF与焦虑、自我形象、情绪、日常生活、出行、治疗困难、自我掌控评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论AACG患者患眼的中高频段空间视网膜CSF受损,视觉相关生活质量严重下降,且患眼不同空间频率下的视网膜CSF与视觉相关生活质量呈正相关。Objective To explore the relationship between retinal contrast sensitivity function(CSF)of the affected eyes and visual related quality of life in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma(AACG).Methods Forty-one patients(41 eyes)with AACG admitted and diagnosed in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as AACG group,41 patients(41 eyes)with chronic angle-closure glaucoma(CACG)diagnosed in the same period were selected as CACG group,and 41 volunteers(41 eyes)without ophthalmic diseases were selected as normal group.The retinal CSF of the three groups at different spatial frequencies was compared;the visual related quality of life of patients in the CACG group and the AACG group was compared;the correlation between retinal CSF of the affected eyes and visual quality of life in patients with AACG was analyzed.Results At 12.0 and 18.0 c/d spatial frequencies,the retinal CSF in the AACG group was lower than that in the CACG group and the normal group,and that in the CACG group was lower than the normal group(P<0.01).The scores of anxiety,self-image,emotion,daily life,travel,treatment difficulties and self-control in the AACG group were lower than those in the CACG group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the retinal CSF of the affected eyes of AACG patients at different spatial frequencies was positively correlated with anxiety,self-image,emotion,daily life,travel,treatment difficulties and self-control scores(P<0.01).Conclusion The middle and high frequency spatial retinal CSF of the affected eyes of AACG patients was damaged,the visual related quality of life seriously decreases,and the retinal CSF at different spatial frequencies of the affected eyes is positively correlated with the visual related quality of life.
