摘　　要：思想政治教育的话语是教育思想传播的重要要素,关系着高校人才培养质量。当前,思想政治教育从现实场域向虚拟场域转移,“教师中心”的师生关系逐渐消解,网络话语传播呈匿名性、开放性、互动性及复合式等特征,高校面临着主流话语权威消解、教育者网络话语素质与教育对象需求存在偏差、受教育者网络话语权力意识泛化等困境。因此,高校必须强化话语思想核心、优化话语表达、加强话语主体队伍建设,从而进一步提升网络思政话语能力。The discourse of ideological and political education is an important element of the dissemination of educational ideas,which is related to the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.At present,the ideological and political education is transferred from the real field to the virtual field.The"teacher-center"relationship is gradually dissolved,and the network discourse communication is characterized by anonymity,openness,interaction,and compound.Colleges and universities are faced with such difficulties as the disintegration of the mainstream discourse authority,the deviation between the quality of the educators'network discourse and the needs of the students'objects,and the extension of the awareness of the power of the students'network discourse.Therefore,colleges and universities must strengthen the core of discourse thought,optimize discourse expression,strengthen the construction of discourse subject,to further enhance the network ideological and political discourse ability.
