摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展和进步,人们的生活观念和教育理念都发生了很大的变化,社会对高校的关注焦点从原来的教育质量映射到了后勤服务保障。我国职业教育这几年也进入了全新的时代,后勤管理作为高职院校日常运行中的重要组成部分,对高质量发展有着极其重要的基础性作用。特别是基于高职院校的内涵属性,后勤精细化管理在产教融合、工学结合等服务育人方面都有着一定的“先天”优势。因而,文章将从高职院校高质量发展目标出发,把后勤管理整体化、系统化、协同化融入学校整体发展,从提升高职院校人才培养质量角度,探索后勤服务保障精细化管理。With the development and progress of economy and society,people’s life concept and education concept have changed greatly,and the social focus of colleges and universities maps from the original education quality to the logistics service guarantee.China’s vocational education has also entered a new era in recent years.As an important part of the daily operation of vocational colleges,logistics management plays an extremely important basic role in high-quality development.Especially based on the connotation attributes of voca-tional colleges,the refined management of logistics has certain“congenital”advantages in service education such as the integration of in-dustry and education,and the integration of engineering and learning.Therefore,this paper will start from the goal of high quality develop-ment of higher vocational colleges,integrate the integrated,systematic and coordinated logistics management into the overall development of the school,and carry out the exploration of logistics service support from the perspective of promoting the improvement of talent training quality in higher vocational colleges.
